Visit to Mouvaux, 21-23 March

Wow! What a Weekend!

Mouvaux Jumelage celebrated its 10th anniversary with a wonderful mix of languages—French, German, Walloon, and English—alongside hugs, smiles, and visitors from all three twin towns.

The banquet was a highlight: guests wore paper-flower garlands to find their match, enjoyed a delicious three-course meal, and were entertained by musical performances before a DJ got everyone dancing to YMCA.

The celebrations began the night before with a remarkable concert by “Bach Mirror,” a piano and marimba duo transforming Bach into jazz, followed by a late-night supper with representatives from all four towns.

Friendships old and new were celebrated in an atmosphere of warmth and goodwill—truly the essence of Twinning.
